The Laliga title is down to a 2 horse race after Atletico Madrid lost to Levante while other title contenders both won with Barcelona thrashing city rivals Espanol by 5 goal to nil and Real Madrid also recording a win against Valencia thanks to a brace from Ronaldo. Laliga results... Big wins for Barcelona and Real Madrid

Hi Dassyb blog readers and Spanish football fans, hope you had a great weekend. Beautiful matches were played over the weekend and good results were recorded for some and others not so much. Barcelona defeated 9 man athletico Madrid to move 3 points clear with a game in had. Bilbao won by a lone goal away at getafe while Valencia lost by a lone goal to sporting de Gijón. Las Palma's defeated Celta de vigo by Two goals to one while Madrid crushed Espanyol by six goals to nothing. A list of full results from matches played are shown below.
